..that ensures that current and sought after justice policies rest on sound data and analysis with the goal of advancing criminal and juvenile justice systems in Utah.

CCJJ has and continues to be at the forefront of advancing criminal and juvenile justice policies in the state of Utah. This has been seen through the passing of the 2015 H.B. 348 Criminal Justice Reform and the 2017 H.B. 239 Juvenile Justice Reform.
