RESEARCH

About

CCJJ is responsible for a wide-ranging research agenda that supports the development of new justice policies in Utah. Our office is responsible for conducting and coordinating research across Utah’s criminal and juvenile justice systems while expanding current data capabilities. To achieve this, we utilize objective and robust research methods to evaluate the effectiveness of current criminal and juvenile justice policies, programs and practices. We also engage in discussions to advance system-wide data integration for all criminal justice agencies in the state.
