About Rachelle Hill

Rachelle Hill is the Victim Services Commission Assistant. Under the supervision of the Director she helps to implement the duties of the commission by generating unity for the ongoing efforts to reduce and eliminate the impact of crime on victims through a comprehensive and evidence-based prevention, treatment, and justice strategy. 

Rachelle comes to CCJJ with over 15 years of providing direct victim services. She has worked in both a small rural community and a large urban area which has given her the unique opportunity to better understand the multitude of victim needs, dynamics, and perspectives throughout the state.
